individuals participating in transport safety e-
learning provided by Kemira.

    competency certificate
6. REGULAR SOURCES OF INFORMATION Information is collected from the participants
themselves.
7. DISCLOSURE OF DATA The data may be disclosed to other Kemira
Group companies.
8. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE EU OR EEA Data may be transferred outside EU and
EEA.
9. THE PRINCIPLES OF SECURING THE REGISTER Only appointed personnel of Kemira Group
have access to the register. Technical
protection of the register is managed by an
external service provider, MPS Prewise.
